Would you like to receive a quote? If yes, we will process your company and\/or personal data to prepare and send you a quote. Due to legal obligations, we store our quotes for a period of 7 years.<\/p>

Services<\/strong><\/p>

If an agreement is made resulting from your use of our services, we will process your personal data for the purpose of customer and order management (e.g. customer administration, order execution, communication, delivery, invoicing, accounting). In doing so, we assign a customer number, quote number, and invoice number to your customer profile. We will process this data as long as you are a customer, meaning we will process your customer profile until you inform us you no longer wish to use our services. In this case, we will only store your data to fulfil our accounting and fiscal obligations, i.e. 3 years for internal documents and 7 years for statutory books and accounting documents.<\/p>

Invoicing<\/strong><\/p>

We process your personal data in order to prepare and send correct invoices, as well. When paying your invoice by wire transfer, we will receive the bank account number and the account holder\u2019s name from our bank institution. Invoices and payment data are stored for a period of 7 years in order to fulfil our accounting and fiscal obligations.<\/p>
