Privacy policy

We value the privacy of our customers and are committed to handling all personal information with care and confidentiality. Below is an overview of our privacy policy:

  1. Collection of personal information: When making a reservation, we only collect the necessary personal information to provide the service. The collected information is stored on a secure server and is not shared with third parties unless required by law.

  2. Use of personal information: The personal information provided is used exclusively to facilitate the parking service. We may contact customers for service-related communications, such as reservation confirmations or changes.

  3. Data retention period: Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to provide the requested services.

  4. Data security: We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the provided personal information against unauthorized access or disclosure.

  5. Cookie policy: Our website uses cookies to enhance the user experience. Customers can disable these cookies in their browser settings as desired.

Cancellation policy for parking service

  1. Cancellation terms:
    1. Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.
    2. If canceled within 24 hours before the scheduled departure time, 20% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

  2. Cancellation process: Customers must report cancellations via email to reservations@taxizaventem.be. This is the only valid cancellation method.

  3. Refund: Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receipt of the cancellation. The refunded amount excludes the cancellation percentage as per paragraph 1b.

  4. No-show: If customers do not arrive at the scheduled departure time without prior notice, the full reservation amount will be charged.

  5. Force majeure: In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, flight cancellations, etc., the parking service may revise the cancellation policy and act flexibly as reasonably as possible. Valid proof of circumstances may be requested.

 Liability and amendments

  1. Liability regarding vehicles: We place vehicles in our private parking lots. In case of theft, we are not responsible for theft or damage to vehicles. Customers are advised to remove valuable items from the vehicle and adequately lock the vehicle. We are not liable for acts of third parties under any circumstances.

  2. Amendments: The parking service reserves the right to amend the cancellation policy. Customers will be notified in a timely manner of such changes.


Waiting times

To ensure that your taxi is ready upon arrival, we kindly ask you to adhere to the specified arrival time, as the taxi is reserved for you at that time. If you are unable to be present at the specified time, we kindly request that you notify us at least 30 minutes in advance. Please note that if no change is communicated or if you arrive 30 minutes or later than the specified time, a waiting time fee of €10 per quarter hour will be charged. This fee must be paid to the driver before departure. (This pertains to the parking of the vehicle.)

By making a reservation, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions, including the privacy policy and the cancellation policy.
